- Articles intended for publication must be styled using the relevant journal template downloaded from journal websites.
- All accepted papers will be published in relevant Scopus-indexed journals. Participants are encouraged to visit the websites of relevant journals to review publication instructions and conditions by individual journals.
- Authors are fully responsible for complying with the publication requirements of their chosen journal.
- Authors can also download the journal template from the journal websites or from the link provided for each journal.
- Only one (1) journal publication is covered in a single author registration.

Book of Abstracts
All abstracts of accepted papers will be published in the Programme Book/Book of Abstract. All abstracts must be corrected and submitted by specified deadlines.
Conference Proceedings
Short versions (max. 5 pages) of all accepted papers will be published in the Book of Proceedings. Electronic versions shall be made available to all authors.
Scopus/WoS Publications
Presenters must revise and update their content to meet the requirements of individual journals. Please check below for the requirements of each journal.
Other Journals
Authors can also choose to publish in non-Scopus indexed journals at no extra cost as long as they meet the requirements of individual journals. Details are updated.
Publication FAQ
+ What will it cost to publish in the Scopus-indexed journals?
Major publication costs is covered by the conference registration. A very small processing cost may be required by some of the Scopus-indexed journals. Please see details about requirements for each journal partner above.
+ What are the conditions for publishing in the journals?
Only papers that were submitted by registered authors and which have been reviewed and corrected by the authors can be published. All corrections recommended by reviewers must be effected by authors. Authors must also format their manuscripts in line with the recommendations of each journal. Please seethe registration page for more information.
+ Can I submit my manuscript to any of the journals?
Authors should confirm the scope, and subject coverage of each journal by clicking on the ‘Author Guidelines’ link. Authors can submit their papers to any of the journals whose scope is relevant to their research.
+ How soon will my paper be published?
To meet the quality requirements of each journal, all manuscripts shall undergo a minimum of 2 reviews. There may also be need for a post-conference review and editorial processing. Since journal publications follow a defined cycle, authors can expect their manuscripts to be published online within the next publication cycle after the author’s submission of final manuscript.
+ Do I need to pay to publish in the Book of Abstracts, Book of Proceedings, or Journals?
All accepted abstracts and short papers will be published FREE in the book of abstracts and the conference proceedings respectively. Publication in some of the Scopus-indexed journals may attract some additional costs depending on journal requirements, please confirm details for each journal. No extra fees are charged for publication in non-Scopus-indexed journals.
+ Can I publish a paper not submitted to the conference in the journal?
No. Only papers that have been submitted to the conference, peer-reviewed by the scientific committee and corrected by authors in line with feedback from peer-review will be published.
